Their presence in London extends back to the Roman period. They are (for the most part) born and bred British, their skin colour irrelevant.

London (13.5%) had the highest percentage of people who identified as black but whites still made up the majority of the population (53.8%), as of 2021. The X poster who made the false claim has never been to London and he seems to have lost his Reddit account. But if you look at predominantly black areas in London such as Brixton, whites (6,529) barely beat blacks (6,291) in terms of raw numbers. In my youth, I often walked to the Brixton tube station and the area looked really dangerous.
