The back and forth in this bad faith exchange is rather amusing . Not at all nice civil discourse , yet still providing for some rather humorous epithets . As morality is a matter of subjective opinion , I don't feel that anyone here is personally evil , not @annatar1914 , @Rugoz , or even @JohnRawls , no matter how much I might at times disagree with all three at various times . I usually like to respect peoples preferred nouns , even as I respect their preferred pronouns . So I am not inclined to label them with an ideology they might not identify with . But , just for fun , I think I will disparage the previously mentioned Maryana Naumova , as she is not likely to ever notice this post . :D Maryana Naumova , why don't you get it through your thick skull that Trump doesn't actually care about Russia , and the war in Ukraine ? A far better candidate for U.S. President would be someone like Jill Stein , or Cornel West . At any rate , we Americans know better than you do about what the political situation is , and whom best to vote for , you Kiev Rus Nazbol . There , how was that ? 8)

By the definitive standards of Night Watch , a great many Estonian political parties are fascist , simply for being pro-NATO . By the way , as far as Estonian political parties go , from what I have read , I actually would deem EKRE to be post-fascist , and even more so the splinter party , ERK .

Yeah, I guess they are the alt-right party of sorts. But they are mostly Christian-Conservative crazy kind of way with a sprinkle of anti-immigration on top.

That is correct. Trump win or loss is more or less irrelevant. Trumps plan is to try to achieve peace but Putin will not agree to peace that will not make Trump look like a clown so Trump will not accept any peace Putin proposes. It is a dick measuring contest for him. Ukraine just needs to eat popcorn and explain to Trump that any peace that Putin proposes makes Trump a clown.

Not that Trump is likely to win the election especially nowadays.

Here's the thing that certain rascals try to deflect the conversation about:

1. There are certain Oligarchical types who bankroll fascist Ukrainian groups, popular or not. These same Oligarchs also got Zelensky into power in the Ukraine.

2. These same men have contributed to Trump's reelection campaign, and some of Trump's former aides have registered as agents of the Ukraine as lobbyists in Washington.

Anyone who can't see what's going on with this has got to be truly blind.

So now Trump is all of a sudden pro-Ukraine?
#15322157
Trump has promised to start 20,000 km of high-speed rail in his four years in office. Kamala retorted that she could initiate double that, and add new metro systems to 25 US metropolitan areas. Both are vying to introduce the most comprehensive National Health Care program, but only the Democrats are promising free university tuition and daycare services.

Just kidding.

Yeah, which wars will the candidates spend all of your money on?

Not " all of a sudden" but always was, pro Ukrainian.

You know that Trump is a goddamn liar, right? Look at what has been done, not said.

Funny, I recall him being the anti-war president or whatever else.

Lots of curve (over) fitting with some of you. Gotta change up the story, I get it. Gotta make what you want to be true... true in your head.

Lets see if Kamala steamroller is going to speed up this week again. By the looks of it Trump is in a meltdown mode or dementia mode or whatever. But Harris had some SERIOUS momentum going for her and if this keeps up then even the polls will show the same results as against Biden in the previous election if not better.

KAMALA! KAMALA! KAMALA!

Looking better, but still very close. One of the reasons Hillary lost to Trump was over-confidence. They took foot off gas down the stretch. Harris needs to run like Sydney McLoughlin to the end.

@Rancid :

Is it possible that you are simply projecting your own confirmation bias on others?

Look at what has been done the past several years, not at what was said, because we know that he's a terrible liar without shame.

Kellyanne Conway Trump's aide is listed as a lobbyist for the Ukraine, and Igor Kolomoiskiy and other Ukrainian Oligarchs who were behind the Maidan, bankrolling the Bandera Fascists, and supporting Zelensky, have now contributed to Trump's reelection campaign.

These are facts

Do you want Harris win because of US funding to Ukraine keeps going on under her admin?

As @annatar1914 has pointed out here in this thread , funding for Ukraine is expected to continue regardless of which of the major party candidates wins . Only in the virtually impossible event that a minor party candidate were to prevail would support for Ukraine's war effort be ended . For example , here are what a number of such candidates have expressed on the topic .

True, Trump himself can not single handily enact such a major policy shift. What he can do is appoint officials to critical positions, and we all know by now where the far-right factions of the Republican Party stand.

Those aligned with the former president generally echo his caricature of Ukraine as a den of corruption, and are more inclined to admire, rather than condemn, Russian President Vladimir Putin. This split largely mirrors that between “establishment” Republicans and their “anti-establishment” colleagues.

Nevertheless, as one senior Republican strategist and former Senate candidate quipped, “not all pro-Trumpers are anti-Ukraine, but all anti-Ukrainers are pro-Trump.”

In an infamous example, false claims that Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskiy bought luxury yachts with U.S. aid money were circulated by credulous Republican lawmakers like Senator J.D. Vance and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

The U.S. Republican schism on Ukraine

Americans overall are evenly divided on whether the U.S. has a responsibility to help Ukraine (48% say it does, 49% say it does not).

About two-thirds of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents (63%) say the U.S. has this responsibility.
Only about a third of Republicans and Republican leaners (36%) say the same.

War in Ukraine: Wide Partisan Differences on U.S. Responsibility and Support

Then, read the latest from CNN’s Capitol Hill team on the long-stalled effort to provide additional military aid to Ukraine in its war to repel Russia’s invasion. GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson may finally be primed to defy the right wing of his party and allow a bipartisan majority to bless the aid six months after it was requested by the White House.

Key line: “Conservative hardliners were quickly fuming at Johnson for his decision to move ahead with billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine and loudly warning him it could cost him his job.”

The first who’s already on the record is Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia, who described Ukraine as “the only country that for some weird, sick and evil reason that they care about.” She was referring to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, who has raised the alarm about the threat of Russia to the rest of the world if Ukraine falls.

The other Republican already publicly in favor of ousting Johnson is Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky. He praised Tucker Carlson for that softball interview the former Fox News host conducted with Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier this year. That’s the interview CNN’s media team described as a “propaganda victory” for Putin.

Some House Republicans need this reminder that Russia is not their friend

Shes a better pick than Trump by a mile and she is seems to be more harder on Russia than Biden. Biden is a pussy compared to Kamala if you look at her picks of people but realistically it won't change much.
