Again, you ignoring that the retaliation was justified, Israel got attacked after all and people died.
Now having said that there weren't any consequences or much consequences because all thought that this is going to end by now. It didn't, Israel went overboard, now are the consequences coming in and they will get worse if Israel doesn't present a political solution. Recognition of Palestine by some is a warning for now but it will get worse if Israel doesn't present anything.
We all know that you support one side irrelevant of anything but literally any country would retaliate in the situation of Israel and Hamas if they would be in place of Israel with the same force disparity. The question was always how far would Israel go and to what end. We still don't know to what end and they definitely went too far.
I do not think that any nation is hopeless to change; however, I think that some nations do require a lot more effort than others to become changed. - Verv
