I don't think stealthing should be illegal, but I have an idea to help make things more fair.
How about if a woman ever accuses a man of stealthing, she should be open to prosecution if a man ever accuses her of lying about birth control?

One word solution to your problem: vasectomy.

And likewise, if a boyfriend pokes a hole in his condom trying to get his girlfriend pregnant, we can blame her for not getting her tubes tied.

Of course Puffer Fish would resurrect an old thread to let us know that he's pro-rape. Just in case anyone managed to forget.

I hope he meets a woman who's into S&M. I'm curious if he'd feel that no boundaries should exist in the bedroom once it's his own that are being violated.

The issue is, the bedroom shouldn't be a place that government should get involved in.
Assuming that both man and woman went in there to have sex, it should be an issue left to them to resolve. In my opinion, the government should only get involved in more extreme cases. (Such as if there is obvious and intentional physical harm to the woman, for example... or if the man tries to force her to have "unnatural sex", and physical indications can be seen on the woman's body that it happened)

This would be especially the case in a marriage. It's an issue between husband and wife.

I talked about how individuals can avoid problems.

You talked about how we can blame women when men lie to them.
