@wat0n

The U.N. watchdog charged with investigating UNRWA, called the Office of Internal Oversight Services, said it drew on evidence provided by Israel in discussions with Israeli authorities. It said it could not independently corroborate that evidence since it did not have direct access to it.

Great to see someone else saying what I've been saying.

Or at least half of what I've been saying. Because of course there is the question of why so many people are so obsessed by the plight of the Palestinians. Yes they've suffered great injustice, but so have a lot of people most notably the Armenians yet again. We have been cucked by both the Jews and the Muslims, we, the infidel gentiles, shouldn't be subsidising either side in this mess created by the Jews and Muslims.

Another illiterate, I see.

The OIOS did not just use Israeli evidence. It also checked the employees' emails and other UN-provided communications to make its assessment, as cited above.

It seems commies have trouble reading plain English.

You mean what happened to the British Mandate?

Britain totally not to blame?

Sold Palestine to Jewish terror gangs backed up by mega-banksters... in exchange for mass death against Germany in WW2?

Hard to see that the Muslims deserve any blame for this Machiavellian scam on the part of a European Great Power and the European Great Banksters.

The Muslims have been engaged in 1400 years of genocidal, terrorist, slaver, settler, rapist expansionism. Nothing that happened in the Americas or Austalasia can excuse the Muslims for their world historic crimes. The so called first races of these places might think they got a rough deal, but they they should be eternally grateful that it was European Christians that colonised them not Muslims.

It was absolutely right that Europeans and non European infidels should push back against the Muslims and take back some of the territory that the Muslims have stolen, The liberation of the Jewish homeland was a fundamentally righteous act. Despite the war in Ukraine, we actually have a huge amount of peace, self determination, rule of law and democracy in Europe. The reason we have so much peace, harmony and prosperity is because its founded on a huge amount of genocide, cultural genocide, ethic cleansing and deabrahamisation, that have established relatively neat ethnic borders.

The problem with Israel is not that they took back land from the genocidal, terrorist, slaver, settler, rapist expansionist Muslims, but that they failed to establish a state with clear ethnic boundaries. The irony is that if the Zionists had been successful in ethnic cleansing the Arabs from the West Bank in the 1940s in the same way for example that the Germans were successfully ethnically cleasened from what is now Russia, Poland and Czechia, Israel probably wouldn't even be an issue now.

Purely circumstantial evidence, it seems, that failed to show that these UNRWA employees were Hamas members or that they were involved in the Oct. 7 attack.

According to the Office of Internal Oversight Services, the evidence showed nothing beyond a potential involvement in the October attack.

Likewise, UNRWA's agency head, Philippe Lazzarini, tells us that these workers were not a priority and sacking them was the easy option because "the agency’s priority is to continue lifesaving and critical services for Palestine refugees in Gaza and across the region."

So what should we in the west do to help?

We should offer to support the return of the bulk of Gaza to Egypt and a good part of the West Bank to Jordan. And we should be prepared to do what ever it takes to force Israel to do this. This is a situation where heavy sanctions against Israel would almost certainly, actually do the job. However in the case of Gaza, this would be conditional on the people of Gaza and the Egyptian government supporting the reincorporation of Gaza into Egypt. Similarly for the West Bank it would be conditional on the West Bank's Arab population and the Jordanian government accepting the reincorporation of a large part of the West Bank into Jordan.

If our kind offer of help were to be rejected by either the Gazans or the Egyptians, then we should simply wash our hands of concern for Gaza and leave the Israelis to manage it as they see fit. In such a situation it would not be our responsibility. Similarly if our kind offer of help is rejected by either the West Bank Arabs or the Jordanian government, we should simply wash our hands and tell the Israelis you've got carte blanche to manage the West Bank as you see fit. At least until the Muslims are willing to take some proper responsibility for the plight of the Palestinians.

It seems you insist on making your own reality up.

Fact is, the evidence was good enough for UNRWA to decide to fire them, which suggests Israel's allegations were not baseless.

Of course, you also have the evidence that is public, including the footage of one of them taking the corpse of an Israeli matching his social media profiles - which we already discussed ITT as well.

WaPo wrote:The CCTV footage, located independently by The Washington Post, provides a fuller picture than the brief account in the public dossier, which says Naami “was involved in kidnapping a soldier from Beeri.” Israel has also accused Naami of being part of a Hamas brigade in his hometown of Nuseirat.

After he was named in confidential Israeli documents last month, The Post found images of Naami online and then used facial recognition software to find a likely match for him in footage from Oct. 7. The Post found other indications pointing to Naami as the individual in the footage. A Nissan Terrano II in the footage appears consistent with the same make and model of car that Naami is pictured with in social media posts, including damaged trim on a rear window.

"A likely match for him (Naami)" is not definitive proof it was him.

It's as close as it gets, you also forgot the rather evident match to his car (even the damage to it)

And that is not close enough to condemn a man as the Office of Internal Oversight Services has already said that the evidence showed nothing beyond a potential involvement in the October attack.

Jeez, you Zionists are whiney little shits. Killing Palestinians has been an Israeli national sport for decades. It was only to be expected they'd kill a few of yours when they had the chance.

And yet they still fired scores of employees

They're not a court of law so they have no standing to make any stronger claims than that.

Sure, rape enjoyer.

There is no indication that the UN investigation corroborated any of the IDF ‘s claims. That is wishful thinking.

Again, the UN investigation may have found that some of the social media posts violated their neutrality policy. This is a totally different claim from the IDF claim of being militants. And the possibility that the UN only found these sort of non-violent problems would explain why the employees were fired and not handed over to the IDF or otherwise punished for October 7.

The leniency of the punishment contradicts the claim that the fired UNRWA workers were part of Hamas.

So we are still waiting for any evidence that any of the UNRWA wirekrs attacked by the IDF were members of Hamas,
#15325374
UNRWA said publicly their investigation suggested potential involvement of the fired staff in the October 7th attacks, on top of the violations of its neutrality policy.

Termination of employment is also the strongest punishment UNRWA can give. UNRWA is not a government or a court of law.

And then there's the publicly available evidence in some cases, as cited above.
#15325380
There is still no evidence that the majority of UNRWA workers killed by the IDF were militants.

There is not even evidence that the 19 (not scores) people fired were involved.

The dead families targeted by the IDF while they slept in their homes deserve at least a pretence of making these humanitarian aid workers look guilty.
#15325384
So at this point, it seems we can safely say that the IDF is deliberately and systematically targeting humanitarian aid workers in Gaza.

and we can also safely say they are providing no evidence for the vast majority of the killings.

and we can safely say that the evidence provided for less than a score of them is not enough to show involvement with Hamas.
#15325390
No, we can't say any of that.

It seems @Pants-of-dog is desperate now that his nonsense was debunked for the n-th time.

What I find interesting is that he still has no problem with mass murder, as long as those killed are Israelis or Jews more generally.
