This is the most important feature of Syria's "CIVIL" war; it's not really an internal conflict.
Same with Ukraine's coup d'état in 2014.
Giant corporations (bankster-dicatorship actors, oligarchs, etc.) don't care how many states or cultures they destroy. It's just bottom-line profits that motivate them, and they find it easier to hire cheap temps (foreign jihadis) than to use the armies of the nations they control through usury.
