If Trump wants to help moms and kiddies he'd get some agents down to the border to process them in a timely fashion.

If he wants to clean up drugs etc he'd put sniffer dogs in airports etc

Anyway, Trum tries to help different States. For example, he tripled South Dakota budget, as it said on https://rarenews24.com/2019/05/south-dakotas-triple-a-credit-rating/, so I think there will be some great changes very soon. His input is also not bad.
