Fake News and biased Fact Checkers love to claim President Trump was wrong to say there were people cheering after 9/11.
Not only were there TV news reports of people cheering on rooftops in NJ after 9/11(watch one below), one group seemed to know about the attack ahead of time. Watch Dan Rather first report this:

No direct video evidence, but video news coverage at the time, of people who say they witnessed it and reported the cheering to Police to investigate.
