Satire for May 2010 - Page 2 - Politics Forum.org | PoFo

Wandering the information superhighway, he came upon the last refuge of civilization, PoFo, the only forum on the internet ...

Political and non-political satire; all those terribly biased analogies live here.

"pampered public employees"

 You know the world is fucked when well treated workers are subject to scornful satire.

The question is, is Cameron blunting Thatcher's sword or sharpening it? :eh:

Neo-liberal is a scientific theory for macroeconomic usage and has nothing to do with political orientation. It is only missused as a bad label from people who don't understand the background of it.

I repeat:

It is only missused as a bad label from people who don't understand the background of it.

Thanks for illustrating what killim just said.

Last month the UN conducted a world-wide survey by phone.
The only question asked was:

"Would you please give your honest opinion about solutions
to the food shortage in the rest of the world?"

The survey was a huge failure because of the  following:

1.      In Eastern Europe they didn't  know what "honest" meant.

2.      In Western Europe they didn't know what "shortage" meant.

3.      In Africa they didn't know what "food" meant.

4.      In China they didn't know what "opinion" meant.

5.      In the Middle East they didn't know what "solution" meant.

6.      In South America they didn't know what "please" meant.

7.      In the USA they didn't know what "the rest of the world" meant.

8.      In Australia they hung up as soon as they heard the Indian accent.
