I am a student of international relations on university and I will be very happy if you can help me.
I have a bachelor thesis on topic - The analysis of the US political system and institutions of state after 9/11.

I really need to know the following: 1) creation of new institutions and mechanisms after 9/11; I found out: Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration, National Counterterrorism Center and mechanism: USA Patriot Act, The Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act​ a National Security Council - do you think it is okay to this part number one?
2) The reform of the old institutions and mechanisms in the new security environment - I really need help on this one, I am not sure which old institutions were reformed, can you please send me a link which helps me? Or just tell me which old institutions were reformed and which old mechanisms were transformed so as which new authorities were given to the US president.

Help me please, I beg you, I really need to know it ASAP. Thank you

you could probably include a reference to the recent NSA mass surveillance revelations in terms of how existing institutions were reformed. They got the powers to do that stuff under the patriot act.

You're fucked if you thought you could do this in one week. But since you went to an Internet forum for help, you probably knew this.

If you happen to be in Ireland, I know someone that wrote a similar thesis. If you are, let me know and her piece would probably save your ass. Pm me if you are and I'll send you the name. If you're in the UK you might be able to get a hold of it too. If you're an American, go to your library and try to find people who have written similar works . Track down their citations. It's about the only thing you can do.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR!!! I was writing it 2 month ago but the teacher told me I am out of topic...
I've had a few consultations with her yet and she told me what I have to do. Now I am writing about Department of Homeland Security, and then I have to mention relationship between the new agency and president. But I don't really know which institutions were reformed and how. Maybe I can find which of them were but how? I don't really know...
