In relation to Australia ...

Who out there thinks the cycle has well and truely
peaked and it's all down from here? That the recent interest
rate rise is just the 'beginning of the end' and now
people are going to be looking to cash in their chips
if they can ... and run for it.

The housing asset price boom would have to be the
biggest political issue in Australia today.

I think people tend to be moving away from Sydney. Or, you could say Sydney is getting bbigger as it festers outwards like a virus.

Do ya think I should add bondi to my location? Its the best part of sydney and I'm proud to live here.

Though I don't dislike people from other suburbs exept people from the north seem to be mostly melbs and I hate melbs.

The sad truth is that most people moving to sydney don't even bother to buy a house, they have to rent. So in most cases it won't affect the housing market.

Hmm, I've never really felt patriotic over my area, the Eastern suburbs is as local as my patriotism gets I'm afraid.

It really is the best part of sydney but I don't think I'll put it in my location.
